I knew this chick that took this injection stuff as a form of birth control. Anyways she didnt have a period for like 10 months. But she had a period for like 2 months. Non stop. heavy one too. For some reason she had a this tendency to tell me about it that whole two months.

Youn overestimate the statistics. Hormonal BC has an effective rate of about 95-99%, which actually means after a year, 1-4% of women on it will get pregnant.

I've known two women to get pregnant while taking hormonal BC. Abstinence is the only 100% solution, but IMO, a very impractical one.
