they are cheap too like $105 for the size you are looking for. http://www.vulcantire.com/azenis_t.htm

for regular street driving it would be fine. for autox or agressive driving not so fine.
in my car a slight change in tire size completely changed the handling of the car. going from 225 to 245 in the front made the car go from understeer though slow/medium speed turns to being neutral/oversteer(with throttle application). This was with the same brand/model of tire.
With your less sticky ES100 which are alos narrower, it would most likely make the car oversteer.
but like I said, if you drive with a lot of sense on the street and keep the speed down, it should be fine.
lastly what is the width of your wheel? you'll need at least 7.5" to fit the Azenis properly. 225 on an azenis is more like 235 or 240ish.

so you think it wont fit?well you might hear the tire installer throw a fit and tools and such across the shop  :rick:
that and the tire maybe be pinched meaning the tread surface will be wider than the mouted surface. which is usually not good.

damn, i guess not, any other recommendations? or just stick with the 225/45 yokahamas? those should fit right heheh?
I have Goodyear EAGLE F1 GS-D3 tires 225/45/ZR17 on 17"x7.5" Kosei K-1 on our RSXTypeS. This is their second summer and look to get at least another summer out of them. Great handling tire wet or dry. When the temps stay below 45F put them away. It's as if you have solid whieels on your car.
