Default help me build a computer III

i just need to decide on a psu and cooling

so far i got or decided on
antec superlanboy w/ 2x120mm fans
abit ic7 max3
3.0 p4c
got - 2x kingston hyperx 512mb pc4000
got - ati radeon 98pro
got - audigy platinum pro
got - lite-on dvdw http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....1&type=product
got - seagate 200gb hdd
got - maxtor 40gb hdd

----------

1. ive got it down to a silenx or antec true
specifically,
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...103-908&depa=1
or
http://www.silenx.com/productcart/pc...p?idCategory=2 or http://www.silenx.com/productcart/pc...?idCategory=18

i dunno if i can justify spending so much on a silenx psu tho
im asking for reviews, firsthand or second

2. cpu cooler
whats teh difference between copper and pure copper?
im go with this one btw
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...118-109&DEPA=1

3. anyone have a gpu cooler?
im looking at this one
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...118-211&depa=1
but i have two concerns:
a. if the weight of the heatsink will bend or even snap the card
i dont think it will or they wouldnt have made the product
b. from what i remember the exhaust fan on the case is right on top of where the agp slot would be
if thats the case would it be pointless to get a fan for the heatsink?

damn homie you get no love. Well i'l try to help with the lil bit of knowledge i have. The p/s looks good. Antec is one of the better makes of PS. Not sure on the heat sink, if u plan on oc'g then i guess go with soemthing that is not the retail heatsink, sicne i'm assuming you are not getting the retail chip? Also do u plan on over clockin your memory? if not i'd switch to munskin, cheaper and works just as well and usaully ebtter to overclock.

ahh okay cool. One more thing, why did you decide to get the dvd burner from BB? I've seen it go for around 70 bucks on newegg. Also the superlanboy case is sweet. I wanted to get it but the only thing i dont like about it is that it does not have any front Firewire connectors. I'm going to go with the Antec Sonata probably.
