cool, yea i have my iPod that i like to connect up front. But i do really like that case, the 2 big 120 mm fans are off the hook hehe. But the sonata that i'm lookin also has a lock on the front and side to prevent people from tampering, which i want snice i'm going off to school heheh. good choices overall though.

for the psu, i'd prob go for the antec. the gpu cooler, the only real reason i'd see buying that cooler is if you want to eliminate noise from your system since the stock 9800 cooler does its job fine if you don't plan on overclocking.

with that said, you're gonna want to overclock, trust me, i just upgraded my system last week and said i'd probably leave it alone but i decided to test to see if the cpu could go higher and it did so i left it

got - ati radeon 98pro
got - audigy platinum pro
got - lite-on dvdw http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....1&type=product
got - seagate 200gb hdd
got - maxtor 40gb hdd

----------

1. ive got it down to a silenx or antec true
specifically,
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...103-908&depa=1
or
http://www.silenx.com/productcart/pc...p?idCategory=2 or http://www.silenx.com/productcart/pc...?idCategory=18

i dunno if i can justify spending so much on a silenx psu tho
im asking for reviews, firsthand or second

2. cpu cooler
whats teh difference between copper and pure copper?
im go with this one btw
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...118-109&DEPA=1

3. anyone have a gpu cooler?
im looking at this one
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...118-211&depa=1
but i have two concerns:
a. if the weight of the heatsink will bend or even snap the card
i dont think it will or they wouldnt have made the product
b. from what i remember the exhaust fan on the case is right on top of where the agp slot would be
if thats the case would it be pointless to get a fan for the heatsink?
Good shiznit. Your list sounds like my setup :exnbp: Man, just give me your CC and I'll order you up.

1) Silenx is good, but the price is really steep. Antec or Enermax is pretty good too. I run an Enermax and it's quiet, and the volts are stable.

2) Pure copper will dissipate more heat, 'copper' is probably mixed in with other metals (aluminum)

3) I run a GPU cooler, but it's water cooling, Swiftech. I don't think weight is really an issue. And about the cracking of cards, a bit rare, only people that do that is the idiots that throw on the big ones for CPU's....

Any particular reason your going with the Platnum Pro version of the Audigy? I'm just running the average Audigy 2 ZS with my Logitech Z-680's and it sounds great. I looked at the upgrades and the only real feature was the breakout box that I didn't need.
