Screw Nintendo and any systems they design from here out.

Seriously, they make awesome game systems but the game releases suck in general. Starts out with a lot of steam and dies off before the console is even a year old. Case in point SNES, N64, GC all started out with big promises then crappy delivery.

If I buy another Nintendo system it will only be a handheld unit because it seems to be the only systems they continue to support after the general market buzz is over.

Don't think this is bashing Nintendo and don't get your panties in a wad over my comment it is just wwhat I have seen happen again and again and I am tired of paying good money and getting ripped off in the end.
SNES had crappy delivery??? And GCN started out strong???
We are not coexisting in the same dimension. SNES could very well be the most well-rounded system to date. And GCN started as a joke but has pushed it's way towards the front of the pack since Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime, LoZ:TWW, MK: DD, Viewtiful Joe, and several other amazing titles... none of which were released with the system.

yeah, actually i couldn't agree more. but maybe they will learn something after gettin owned by sony for the past 6 years. i would like to see nintendo get back on top and make a serious gaming machine. but yeah, they'll probably just bundle it with donkey kong ultra or something lame.

i a big nintendo fan, but i think nintendo is staying around because so many of us were brought up with nintendo, we give them more than they actually deserve. i know people buy nintendo products cause they are made by nintendo.

i haven't seen anything by them that is amazing to be dead honest.

now grand turismo 3, that's a title i'm willing to buy a system for.

I buy Nintendo stuff because I prefer quality games...and Nintendo's big titles are simply amazing in comparison to any exclusive title on the other 2 systems. Gran Turismo is arguably the only exceptional title for PS2...but since simulation racing games bore me after about 5 minutes, that game doesn't mean shit to me.

And again I point out that in the three or so years the console has been out you can still name the quality titles and count them on two hands...maybe a toe or two to finish it off but thats if your lucky.

I have a GC and I do play it because there are some titles on it that are fun to play, but whether or not it was worth the money I spent on it or the money I spend on the games for it is another matter.

To be completely honest the only time I fire up the GC is when I want to play some mindless game that is borderline simple or my daughter wants to beat some game on it (which she does quickly). If I really want to play some games I click on the Xbox or the PS2 because they have the titles that are much more varied and my style of play.
