Default Peter Jackson sucks

Yeah I know he directed the LOTR series but up until then he really sucked ass.

Bad Taste
Meet the Feebles
Braindead
Heavenly Creatures
The Frighteners

and after all those crap projects and what can only be rated as bad b-movies even among b-movie fans he gets lucky and scores LOTR.....how the hell does that happen???

Badtaste, Braindead, and The Frighteners are all decent films of the horror genre.
Around here, disparaging Peter Jackson is enough to get a man castrated!

I mean really who can argue with such great lines such as, "Oh Fernando...your mother ate my dog!"

Badtaste and Braindead are two of the worst offenders. Neither of them had any real filmworthy merit except what they accomplished with really low budgets. To be honest I don't see how he was even considered for the LOTR trilogy.

Kind of a given that he works hard but I am simply pointing out that he went from really crappy b-movies to LOTR which seems a bit of a jump to me.:dunno:
