Default Nutritional information for..

cat meat?

Me and my roomate were sitting here talking about it and were wondering.

So we typed "nutritional properties of cat meat" into Google and got a bunch of cat food info Did a few other searches and got some pretty weird results but no nutritional information on cat meat.

Anyone have any serious info on it? We are just curious if the info exists.

I'd imagine it'd be high in protein, low in carbs, and medium in fat content. More lean than pig, but less lean than chicken.

I am wondering if it shares nutritional value along the lines of squirrel since they share a similiar physical makeup and are both pretty lean animals framewise.
