Good Heatsink recommendations?

don't get the oem heatsink since its complete crap. unless u are pressed for cash I would get this zalman cooler. It will be near scilent opposed to the oem heatsink which will probably reach high levels of heat and noise while gaming

My temps dropped 3-4 degree's when I installed the Zalman, I had this
Now it's sitting collecting dust since I upgraded to H20.
