me too....eww...dam..i think i lost one of the springs now my spacebar barely works...

 

Sigh....this keyboard was from a woman as well. Real piece of work...gave me attitude and shiet....I knew she spilled soda on it.

Get this, I told her she shouldn't just turn off the computer like that even though it shuts down slowly. She "reboots" by turning it off using the power button....but then she turned off the monitor as well?? WTF??? OK. I didn't get that.

Anyway, the OS would load, and of course it's a bit slower because it needs to connect to the main database as well. Instead of waiting for it to load, she keeps on clicking on the main app. HELLO!!!!!! That only floods the command queue and will probably slow you down even more.

Her excuse was this "I can't afford to wait." Well, your ass is going to wait a longer period of time if you keep on dicking with it like that.....

hnoes: curiousity got the best of me and boke my space bar and its acting wierd kind of like the enter key :wtf:

 

the keyboards at work are nasty. every time i come in i have to flip them upside down and beat the food outta them, and the mouse is usually worse. Pull the back off, and it can see why it doesn't move so smoothly anymore. :shocked:

my keyboard at home sux, half the keys you have to push them REAL hard or it won't type it. ima buy a wireless friday.

use a screwdrive and pry under each key and they pop out like thongs on fat chicks..

 

my space bar had like two metal hooks at each end (on the actual key) and they were held together with two plastic hooks on the keyboard and one of them snapped off and now my space bar acts like an enter key!! :sad:

 

oh you broke that. shitty. that has happened to me before..

try just taking the metal pieces out. i did that to the work comps, makes them wobbely but it works good.
