I need to remove the windows key on mines

 

use small flat head screw driver to pop them off

 

take the whole keyboard apart (unscrew back) then take off the board and then keys acn be pushed out form behind

 

probably easier to buy a new $10 keyboard than clean an old one. Unless you really really like the old one or can't afford $10.

 

I love my keyboard, it has a latch that pulls every key off at once......it's so nice! :thumbup:

 

just rinse it thoroughly in hot water and let it dry well before using it again. a blow dryer will help as long as you dont melt the keys together. my bro spilled pickled juice on our old keyboard a long time ago and this method made it like new again.

 

How about just keeping our KB's clean and not eat off the damn thing

 

I was talking about home computers but at work yeah you probably shouldn't eat and drop food into your keyboard :doh:

 

I do the computer work in an offic full of woment enjoy eating, and you should see all the crap that is in/on the keyboards :barf:
