Get him to a vet immediately. He's diabetic. All the classic signs are there, especially the unusual thirst. I'll bet that with all that extra eating and drinking, that he's not putting on any weight, either.

Lucky you...you'll get to learn how to give him insulin (not difficult at all) and test his urine for sugar (that's tougher).
