yea, but on the battlefield - its you or them. would you rather die so they can go home to their family? hell no! and when you're there, you're no longer fighting for you country - you're fighting for the guy right next to you, who's there for the same reason. THAT is what you're fighting for.

 

I'd just rather not be put in that position AT ALL. Killing's wrong to me and so is the war in Iraq. Nothing against people who want to go and fight, more power to ya!

I think that our technology will help us, a lot more than it did in VN. I doubt that this could possibly be as drawn out as VN was.

It would be fine with me, heck I was supposed to ship out to the Army last September but I have bad knees and I wouldn't necessarily hang in Ranger training let alone Airborne school which I was both scheduled for.

As long as my knees are fixed by then, I'm willing to send some terrorists to their maker.
