Default VA car people read this!!

Hey people this is a cry for help. Id really like to get my dads 96 Dodge Ram up and running for him for fathers day. The problem we believe, is the timing chain. Now to get this fixed is 100 bucks for the chain which i dont have a problem with but its fricking 400 bucks for laber. So im asking if any of you VA people are willing to help me get this job done. Im willing to pay, just not 400 dollers. Thanks alot

You can always learn to do it yourself, that's a better present if you did it yourself . But it's very tricky considering you'll have to take some stuff apart to get to the crank pulley and such.

Id like to be able to do it my self but my bro, whos does alot of the work with cars around here doesnt trust doing work with timing which is why i like to have someone more better at it have at it. Now ill be handing the wrenches and learning what I can from whom ever.
