Anyway, what you can do is put the plate on, put ambers in and get show it to someone at the police station. I don't know how WI works but in NY that would be a fix-a-ticket and once you fix the problem the ticket is dropped. No fine for j00.

I think even animals know that if they do something wrong their master will reprimand them. We are humans, an advanced life form, and it seems some don't get that simple relationship: If you do something wrong, you will reprimanded. Go put a frigging front plate on and change your lights.
