Anyway, what you can do is put the plate on, put ambers in and get show it to someone at the police station. I don't know how WI works but in NY that would be a fix-a-ticket and once you fix the problem the ticket is dropped. No fine for j00.

ANYWAYS... back on topic, it might be too late for you depending what you told the loser. The only way out is telling them your plate was stolen / lost / destroyed. If you didnt say anything dumb to the f-ing pig, you could just mash up your plate (run over it a buncha times) and tell them it was unusable. Good luck, beat the system!
