The one with the dumbbells, yes.

I killed myself last night after 3 sets of that, and 4 sets on the flat bench...

I barely put up 135 lbs on the decline bench :exnbp: but I know I could've done more if I didn't go big on the last 2 exercises.

Then flat flies after that, and crossovers :wtc:

i did shoulder presses with the 80lb dumbells yesterday. the hardest part was getting them up

have you ever tried "arnold" presses? imo, thats the best should exercise evar

:werd: i start at my chest, with my palms facing me...then twist out as i bring them up. cant do them with anything heavier than a 65lb dumbell though...after that, i just go up and down h:
