that's one of the side effects of antihistamine...dry eyes, mouth, and nasal mucosa.
I used to have them REALLY up till 9th grade...I mean, I couldn't keep my eyes open most of the day because they'd be watering like crazy. I went to the doctor one time, got a prescription for Claritin D and Flonase, finished them and have never had a problem since.

Sounds similar to me. There were days when I couldn't wear my contacts cuz my eyes felt all dry and sticky. And we're both from one of the worst allergy places anywhere, Hudson Valley. Do you have to take out your contacts to use the drops, or can you leave them in while you're using them?
I usually take the first dose (one in each eye) in the morning. The doctor said leave at least a half hour between when you put the drops in and when you put your contacts in. Then the second dose I take before bed or in the evening after I take the lenses out.
