Default Internet question

Anyone know if this is normal? I'm playing Counter strike and there are two ip addresses accessing at once but like it's alternating. One seems like it is the game server and one is Ford Motor Company? Maybe explains why I have such bad connection during games and only about half of the shots register on the game server.

Anyone know how to block an IP? Thx.

It's very possible someone is playing from within the Ford company network. Lots of people that have admin access to servers and stuff will setup their own server for something "non-business". *wink wink*

The IP's being the same, I can't really tell there... it doesn't seem to be showing the full IP.

Maybe but what happens is the IP alternates between the one from Ford and the one from something called Recon Networks which seems more like a game server based on the WHOIS info I get. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be alternating between 2 servers several times per second (alternating so fast it's almost blurry).

I talked to someone at work today who has Zone Alarm Pro and I'm gonna get that so I can block IPs and we'll see what happens.

It's been a long time since I played CS... but it's also possibly that you aren't switching... that you are connected to both servers.

I don't know for sure.... anyone else? h:

It's just a server somebody is ruuning from there work. Willing to bet it is someone in the IT department. The other one I am willing to bet is his secondary server.
