I feel your pain, bro.
When I was missed the Fall 04 admission deadline into SDSU, I was damned furious as well. Then I saw all the hoops I would have to jump through to appeal for Fall 04 and double up my class schedule to get the classes I needed...it helped me gain perspective. And as lame as it is to linger around in Marin for another year, at least I'll have everything done- far beyond the IGETC curriculum.

We have a summer term at College of Marin if you're interested BTW. Despite budget cuts, there should be a decent number of spaces left...check our catalog out at http://marin.cc.ca.us. Since our classes will also transfer, you can get things ironed out in terms of credits and make it in for Fall 04 at UCSB.

I did, haha and out of anger. Anyways good news.
After callin up my counselor, we double checked my transcript and it appears that she forgot to add one class, that was only offered Fall of 1999. So i got a B in the class and its a 4 unit course. So that puts me at 63 units. With a good GPA that she said, so they will be making the dicision tonight or tomorrow. But wish me luck guys, hopefully if all go well, i'll be enjoying the bikini view that charles has at the moment.

i just found out today that im missing a class in area C of my GE 
but on a happy note they just lowered the foreign language requirements from 4 years in highschool to 3 years so i dont need to take a foreign language class anymo :yay:
