Its his sister's cat and he has the balls to ask her to pay for the damages. What a prick, if I was his sister I'd slap him across the face and then have daddy skin him alive. One should have the courage to admit fault and not point fingers.

Man, what did he expect us to say? Give him advice on how to sue his sister? Quick ways to get cat blood of your lip? Seriously, I don't know why anyone would ask for advice in that situation, it seems pretty darn straight forward to me.
