what is the best (protein content and taste wise) brand out there?

I eat a Go Lean bar for breakfast on weekdays because I don't feel like waking up early enough for a real breakfast. They taste alright, especially the strawberry. :yumyum: Only 13 grams of protein, 49 g carbs (6 fiber), 5 grams fat, 250 mg potassium, and 290 calories.

 

I like the good ol fashion brand Powerbar, but they make a "new" one that's thicker, with a light coating of chocolate (instead of that thin but super dense material they used to be). It tastes "good" and ... *shrug*, its something to eat.

 

some guy at work gave me some clif energy bars (peanut butter and chocolate fudge flavors)

those are damn good but my mom had these ones that are toffee flavoured, yummy.

I once bought 24 U-Turn bars because I liked the taste of the half sized ones you could get at Walmart. After going through all 24, never again. :ugh:
