So I Dead Lifted Today.....
And I Dead Lifted 140LBS. Felt kind of light but didn't want to push myself and hurt/pull something.
The next two months should be fun. Lose 20-30 pounds and build more muscle mass.

Yes but lifting 140lbs with your lower back is going to **** your back up.
