next youre going to write a letter to honda because your dyno doesn't match their advertised HP
**** you!!! That's a racist remark and I know for a fact there are Jewish people on this board so shut the **** up. Did you read and comprehend what the DSL tech wrote. He's saying that as you go up in speeds, the overhead increases. That's like saying Honda advertises their Civics with up to 127hp and get 110 on the dyno, then they advertise the S2K at up to 240 and only get 187hp on the dyno, but in fact, all the S2Ks made make less than 200 hp because Honda could save money and recall costs by doing this. I believe Mazda had that problem on the RX-8 and returned money to the people that complained. Basically what I'm saying is the overhead for the civic is low, but when you look at the S2K, the overhead is huge.

Yes, but they basically told me that it's NOT attainable, as in NEVER. How can you advertise a feature that is not attainable under any circumstances? To me that's just wrong.
as for false advertisement.... you're not going to win this one. as false as it may "appear".... disclaimers are everywhere and its all about wording... intentional? maybe...but regardless when it comes down to it, its legally done. this kinda shit happens to almost every service/sales company.

I never planned on going to court over this at all. I was just wondering if what they were doing was lawfull, or if the way they had it worded was legal. After talking to a bunch of friends and legal professors, basically what it comes down to is poor buisness practice on their side. That doesn't surprise me from this company.
