Yep I was doing research and part of my research caused me once again to read the story of D.B. Cooper and his amazing crime.

The only person ever to ransom an entire commercial airplane and get away with it...they think.

wow. that's pretty cool. i never heard of him before

 

i've always thought he was super cool. i believe that he made it. but who knows what he's doing now.

 

There was a story floating a few years back that he passed away in a town on the coast of Florida and his daughter supposedly is the one who announced a death bed confession that he gave.

The case is still considered an unsolved crime though.

 

maybe he got away with it because he's not in the matrix anymore :eek3:

Whats really odd about it and I never realized it but I have met the lead agent in the search for Cooper. He has a farm out in Montana and my mother, sister, and I spent a week at it back in the early 80s.

What an odd coinkydink, but my mom and dad worked for the agency for 15 plus years so its not too odd overall.
