They think it is most likely from dehydration, but there is a slight chance it is from soda, sweets, salt. I was told to drink a buttload of cranberry juice (which i like anyhow) and half a gallon to a gallon of water a day. They gave me a urine strainer to catch the stone to take to my regular "dr" which is actually just a master carrying asshole who has a bad tendancy for malpractice.
I was going to go to the base, but i'm sure i would have had to sit for a few hours before they would have saw me, and f-ck that, the pain was so unbareable, i was screaming and crying to the point of passing out.

they do say though, kidney pain is about the equivolent of giving birth. If this is the case, nooooooo way, i don't think i'm ready for kids.
I say, just take good care of yourself, drink plent of fluids, cause i wouldn't want you or anybody to feel the kind of pain I had to feel today.

I don't think so, Its not to usual for people under 25 to just have kidney stones, but they did tell me to watch my sugar/caffine/salt intake. Too much calcium also can contribute, but i'm lactose intolerant so I really don't drink milk. I'm dumbfounded as to how I got it. They said I could have had it for years and today BAM it fell and clogged my kidney...
