SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG today was my first day and it was terrible. My knee hurts more now then it did when I went in.. They ask "does that hurt?" Well of course it hurts what the heck do you think it would feel like? LOL These first couple of weeks are gonna suck...I have it 3 times a week. The physical therapist was like "we have our work cut out for us" duh!

 

what did u do to ur knee...i tore my ACL in decmeber and did physical therapy for a few months it got better jus waitin for surgery in may

 

i went to a chiropractor once.. i layed down.. he cracked my shoulder like 5 times, i got up, paid him like 200 bucks and left. felt good.. didnt think my shoulder could do that either

 

chiropractors are awesome. i never knew i could crack so many bones in my body. every vertebrate of my back musta cracked :eek3:

 

I had to get a lateral release at my patella femoral joint, and had torn meniscus. What makes the physical therapy so hard is the Lateral Release, I am not allowed to even drive for another 4 wks due to the lateral release. :happysad:
