after work-out question
Yea. Post workout recovery meal is like the most important one. I'd go with a high protein meal IMMEDIATLY after. The sooner the better... cause after something like 45 - 60 mins after the workout it becomes less effective.
High protein, like a shake or chicken or something else right after workout is good.

LOL I work out to lose weight and keep toned but I am usually ravenous after 45 minutes at the gym. But eating would be counter productive to my efforts.
