So I went to turn in my grad school application to the secretary because it said to turn it in to her. I walk in and politely tell her that I have my application and if she could please look it over and make sure there is nothing else she needs. She says you don't turn it in here go to admissions and records. I politely point out that the paper says that I turn it in to her and that admissions has no use for the documents because its all departmental stuff like my statement of purpose, etc. She says no so I go and ask the graduate coordinator and he says turn it in to the secretary. I go back and she gives me the look of death takes my packet and throws it across the room. It took a lot for me not to tell her to get her ass out and pick it up and apologize to me. I left, this matter shall be dealt with in a very bad way. She is supposed to take the stuff and if she is gonna go through menopause and be a bitch then she shouldn't come to work.

It turned my whole day sour... stupid bitch. I really didn't believe my eyes when she threw my stuff. If I had my way she'd be fired tomorrow.

You can still file assault charges. Assault only requires that you were scared of iminent physical harm. If she threw them at you it would be battery.
