well it is official...I never went to bed last nite...just took a shower and am about to start my day sleepless...again....I gotta get this shit fixed

I dunno....I usually crash out around 5am but as of late I just dont get tired enough to sleep...or I get too tired to sleep and then it gets light out and it is pointless to try and go to sleep...

talk about a run on sentence...aht well

I was having trouble sleeping normal hours for about a year, then I started working out again...now I sleep like a rock.

go to Wal Mart and buy some Melatonin pop one before bed and you can reset your sleep cycle works awesome.
