Like i said the cop was just sorta hasseling her and she was all nevous, she can drive good since she managed to drive my brother's CRX with a ACT clutch in the stepper hills of SF with no problem, but this one lil hill made her panic with the cop behind her. :happysad:

I dunno, I really like the Boxster. I really don't see your problem with it. 1998 Boxster with 180 horses, maybe. But not today's S with 250 horses. I mean, I wouldn't buy it over an S2000 that costs half as much and provides the same performance, but it's a great car.

I'm a regular member of Teckademcis and DTMpower and on behalf of our poor representation I would just like to apologize to you people. Just to let you know the guys who did post here DO NOT represent what myself and the other members of dtmpower/teckademics feel. The situation of her backing up into the cop car was totally understandable under the circumstances.

We're not all rich kids and we're not all BMW owners. Infact I own a Mustang (Go ahead and make fun, i've heard it all before and enjoy it) and several of our members are honda owners. I love Teckademics and DTM and i'm proud to be a part of it so when something like this goes down that puts a bad rap on something i love i take offense to it and i feel as though I need to get the facts straight.

Again I apologize for what happend on your message boards. I'm tired of all these car flaming debates and I hate it when it happens when there really shouldn't be one. I'm a firm believer of taking it to the track and/or street.

lol since I'm not a Honda owner I probably won't be posting here again, but hey, just wanted to say "hello."

 It's all good man. Glad to see that your site owner also stepped up to the ball and locked the thread.

Tell him his car is secksy for me

Anyways, we all know that every webboard has a group of kids that get caught in a circlejerk of superiority every now and then. It's all good and no harm is now felt.

Hang around a bit too man... you'll find HAN to be a very comfortable place... except when the mods play a joke on us :madfawk: h:

i think some of you misinterpretted my response... I'm not saying that BMWs are better than Hondas in all aspects, because all of that is just opinion, i was just stating that BMWs are higher end cars, while Hondas and others are mostly economy.. I'm aware of the NSX's speed amongst other hondas... If you think hard enough i hope you'll understand... Ferrarris and mustangs arent in the same category... the majority of bmws are 3ers (for racing) while NSXs are not the majority for hondas... i was only going on the popular mindset...they are different types of cars, used for different things, I hope i can make that clear...

and about the NSX compared to the 3 series... yes, i know, a 3er will lose... but your comparing the best car honda has made to the lowest model BMW there is... wut about Z8s, M5s, and CSLs? The point is theres always something better, and just because one car of a company is faster than another one from a different company, doesnt make either one better...

I came on this board not giving any insults yet have received a few back... I see how some of you are offended but again, 3 people from a message board dont represent the tens of thousands of people on it..
Anyways, sorry for the misunderstanding... good luck with wutever u guys drive.

Siphus.

So our streets here are patrolled by CHP. I have never seen a city cop drive around my area. I think thats how it works.
any cop of a state has jurisdiction in that entire state. doesn't matter if they are highway or what. if they are in that state they can pull you over, they just have to make the ticket out to the court that is that area. it pays off to take a law enforcement class in school
