Portland is hardcore
Its so hardcore you have to watch out for the cops...they like shooting people
This is the second time in a year they have shot an unarmed person.

And the investigation begins. They are calling in the Feds for it this time since the last one was kind of swept under the rug.

Being a cop is such an easy job. You never get put into sticky situations. You don't have a good number of people out there who hate you and want to hurt or kill you. You know what to expect out of every situation you go into. It really is an easy job. Thats why its so easy to second guess everything they do.
