reason: i bought the bob dylan unplugged dvd and it sucks

They only let me when it was defective, and when I got a new one in exchange for it, they opened it... fawkers

Try to return it as defective...catch them during a busy streak and maybe they will forget toopen it..seen it happen SEVERAL times.

people who work at retail stores are devoid of emotions for customers. Mostly because they get sap stories all day long.
