Default Copied DVD plays with subtitles

I've copied 10 or 20 DVDs using DVD Decrpyter, DVD2One, and Nero Burning Rom and all have been fine. Except 2 of the last 3 that i've burned..... I push play and everything is fine, except that there are english subtitles. If I go to the menu and turn them off then it works fine, but I don't know why the most recent ones have defaulted to have subtitles instead of off.

Anyone have any ideas?

Well like I said, I've been using these programs for about 20 discs now and only 2 of them have had this problem.
