Movie Time
Ok watched a couple movies the last day or so...here are my impressions of each.
Cabin Fever
What a waste of my time. It stole parts from every horror movie in the last 30 years and the ending was a direct ripoff of Night of the Living Dead. The way they spread the virus by spitting blood was a ripoff of 28 Days. I mean really there was a deer scene that so obviously had a shot of a stuffed deer in the road (they didn't even try to hide that fact) and when he hit it the blood shot was horribly unrealistic and unconvincing.
Don't even bother downloading it....its a waste of time and effort on all counts.
Honey
It was ok...nice idea but its kind of been done to death. Unless you are watching it to see Jessica Alba there really isn't any notable scenes in the movie at all. Trys to convey a mood but never quite gets there at all.
Worth a rent.
Party Monster
The single most noteable movie in the bunch and one that is making my purchase list. Excellent story, great acting, and disturbing all at the same time. McCauly Caulkin and Seth Green have made a definite notch in their career belts worth taking notice of.
Rent or Purchase. A purchase would not be regretted at all IMO.
