Did a Compression Test Today
Out of curiosity. :dunno: This is with the motor cold by the way. It has 132,600 miles.
190, 185, 180, 185, 190
No I didn't miss a cylinder. :squint:
In other news my intake gasket is leaking and needs replacing. Hence my shitty idle. :happysad: $11 part, but like 5 hours worth of work on my motor.
I'll do it myself probably.

get a woopi cushion and place it on top of the block.
work on each cylinder at a time.
make sure the woopi cushion is completely covering the cylinder youre working on.
press on it as hard as you can.
count the number of times you hear the "ppbpbbbptttptbrrtttt"
(for example..that wouldve been 20.)
write down the numbers for each cylinder.
do that for each cylinder.
post it on HAnet.
discuss.
