Default got my "yellow" foglight bulbs

got them yesterday and they're not nearly as yellow as i expected. so if you're looking for SUPER yellow bulbs, keep looking.

Well, the "before" picture does look like it was taken under a yellow light...

you might have to get some sort of yellow housing in order to truely see a significant yellow. My fogs are super yellow, but only because they have a yellow housing around them, the bulb is just a plain 35w halogen bulb.

which bulb did you go with?


also...if you are expecting the Lexus yellow...you'll need yellow lenses on the foglamp housing to acheive that color.

i went with http://www.epimporters.com/products/...tion.php?II=96

and i've decided that i'll probably just get some lexus foglamps off ebay or something and retrofit them.

You don't need yellow fog lamp lenses to get a truly yellow beam.



That's an original '90 LS400. The fog lights are the small lights between the main headlights and the grille (similar setup to the G2 Integra). They light up totally yellow, but the lens, as you can see, is clear.
