So come to think of it... I'll add a retro import category to my list of candidates.
I'd love to experience that car's soundtrack again.
werd, they're sweet little cars. a lot of enthusiasts think it was revolutionary, because it was the first mass produced 2-seat/mid engined sports car from japan. 7000rpm redline n/a or the SC motor, dohc, and fuel injection was also pretty rare in 1985, for a cheap car

Growing up watching "The Equalizer" has a tendency to stick with you.
And I'm fond of the older XJs; IMO some of the most elegant sedans in history. A 400hp+ four-door with real class seems like the perfect solution to me. h:

And after remembering that Mk1 MR2 ride, I'm expanding my list to cover most of the Japanese imports from the later 60's through early 80's.
From the Mk1 Toyota Celica to the Datsun 510, etc. etc. More ideas will definitely pop up in the future. So I doubt I can predict much. h: When it comes down to it, it's all about the cars - and the ways they move you...physically and emotionally.

The closest one I can hardly afford is a '01 Carrera at 45k. Meh.

Can I interest you in a slightly used Saleen S351....?
Or perhaps Sir would rather prefer one of Maranello's finest....

:chuckles:

Haha good one.

I'd worry more about the Saleen than my GS-R

I was thinking along the lines of a '79 Corvette T-Top, how about that?
