i cannot see the 1st or second. but the rest look tight

 

 

the borders would be real easy to do. just use the paintbrush tool (or whatever it's called) and do 2 or so pixels fo black, and 2 or so pixels of white. in paint shop pro (which i use since photoshop is too bloated for what i do) you can hold the shift key down and do straight lines.

 

any hi-res versions of the first two pics?
