now that i think about it, my foot is floating to push the pedal down, but when i let up my heel is on the floor usually, then i let my foot rest off to the side. never really thought about it till now.

i was actually thinking about this earlier. my heel usually stay on the floor, but i'll sometimes have it fully in the air.

skimming the floor unless not moving, then rested until the next shift.. once cruiising i use the footrest or 90degree bend my knee......
im pretty good at shifting, you cant even feel my downshifts..

I noticed if I pivot with my heel to push the clutch down and lift off, my shifts aren't very smooth.
I just keep my foot in the air or on the deadpedal when I don't need to shift.
