Default what is wrong with me?? why oh why...

After I eat a meal, I feel extremely tired. I often take a nap right after i eat. But lately, its been getting out of hand. Like, I'd eat before studying so I dont study on an empty stomach, but after I eat, I fall asleep. I usually study at night, so its really affecting my grades. I do get 8 hrs of sleep per night, unlike the past.

Does this type of thing happen if you eat too much?? too little? too often? not often enough? i just ate a hamburger and i'm about to fall asleeph:

Have your eating habits changed since you noticed this? Are you eating different foods than you were before?

i eat 5 meals per day or else i get too hungry. i've been doing that for a while now.

i think i'm under-eating is because of my work. i work at ups, and on average, i lift ~4000 packages per night with the avg package weighing 25 lbs.

I can relate, I've been feeling the same way lately. I think I'm just worn out from working and going to school full time for the past two years. 30hrs a week weekends and full time school during the week. I never have any free time which I think is starting to affect me.

It could be related to what you're eating. Meals heavy in starch, salt, and complex refined carbohydrates can make you tired. Try eating fruit salad with cottage cheese and see if you still get sleepy.
