After I eat a meal, I feel extremely tired. I often take a nap right after i eat. But lately, its been getting out of hand. Like, I'd eat before studying so I dont study on an empty stomach, but after I eat, I fall asleep. I usually study at night, so its really affecting my grades. I
do get 8 hrs of sleep per night, unlike the past.
Does this type of thing happen if you eat too much?? too little? too often? not often enough? i just ate a hamburger and i'm about to fall asleep
