poodles are little b*tches! my gramma has a little poodle that just pisses everywhere. one time my mom came home and set down her briefcase and within a minute the dog just walked right up to it and lifted his leg.

i say throw him in a bucket of urine and leave him there for a day every time he does it. its the only way he'll learn

Don't rub his face in. He's just think you went nuts and enjoy rubbing his face in urine and might start to fear or get defensive around you. Dogs don't have a memory like humans do, they don't make those jumps of logic that we take for granted. Start with some basic housetraining again. When you take him outside, give him a threat if he goes outside. If you catch him in the act, grab him, say no and take him outside and give him praise when he does the right thing. Definately use the nature's miracle though and consider taking him to the vet for checkup. Sometimes dog will do that to get attention when they feel sick.
