Get the Gold ones off the SE Accords they look good
Try gold or silver I dunno I have all mutual funds but as a general blue chip stocks are slow but steady.

Yahoo has a stock market game with virtual funds. I think they give you 100k to start but there is a great research engine in that game and it is all current stock prices and a real time ticker if you want it.
