Looks like they were being shady in using student grants or something....not really sure because they haven't said exactly what they are looking for.

my school has some pretty good and young profs
when i was looking into attending cei the guy tried to get me in by repeating to me nt4.0 was being retired for win2k and that now was the time to get certed
