which riding jacket?
I used to work for Kneedraggers.com =]
Anyhow, I prefer all black gear with a "color coded" helmet if you have to match so badly.
It's just a waste of time to buy color-matched gear when the color of your bike(s) is going to change, plus you end up looking like a Power Ranger.
That said, go for the first one in Black.
I personally prefer Alpinestars' Textile to just about any other brand, they fit me better (for textile), and for leather I like Spidi. But yea...

Leather definitely has a "reoccuring protection" value.
When you go down in Textile, you'll probably be just as OK as when you went down in Leather, but the odd's are you are going to be needing a new Textile jacket. Where as, with Leather, you can often get away with multiple rashings before you need a new one.
That all depends on road quality, how you hit that little rock in the road, if it hits the seam, speed, and luck though. Hah.
Always consider anything on the bike, or you, expendable; when riding. There's a good chance it will never be in working condition again after that particular ride.
