Toyota and NASCAR
They did pretty good in the truck race... 2 trucks in the top 10... 2nd and 9th. Now with rumors that Honda might be entering are we gonna see a new breed of NASCARs ya know with extra large spoilers... chrome spinner rims... :chuckles:

But Honda is probably the most Japanese-minded Japanese car company in America. They build generally small cars with small engines. Toyota is probably the most American-minded Japanese car with their big truck based SUVs and Pickups and in 2006 they are coming out with a new pickup that is 7ft wide and 19ft long and should dwarf just about most anything the big 3 will put out. I will not be happy about having to work on that vehicle. But anyway thats why I believe Toyota is in NASCAR because they are trying to be American. Honda really isn't. Touring car racing is very European/Japanese-ish.
