Comcast bids 54 billion for Disney

Looks like Disney is having a lot of problems and Comcast is making a hostile bid to take over Disney in its entirety.

It also appears as though the US government is getting involved by trying to place limitations to the deal and possibly forcing Comcast to retract its bid...I doubt it will happen but it looks like Michael Eisner is under some serious pressure from stockholders to step down or increase stock share prices....I wouldn't want to be Eisner right now.
