I think that's why I've never gotten into a physical fight (well, besides with my brother...but that is to be expected..)
because I'll curse someone out/ yell at someone/ and it makes me feel better that i speak my mind.
If I had to bottle it up, I'm sure I'd go bananas and start throwing punches.

 

eh, its all good now.


but i just notice how much better it felt after i killed my pillow and just released everything.

 

Everyone in my family is outwardly anger, we yell and curse, smash things, then 5 minutes later we forget about it and stop caring.

 

same here. man, sometimes i wonder why my mom is such a beyotch and why my dad is one too. then i look at me
i take after my parents a lot.
my dad has a VERY short temper.
and when my mom gets angry she just wont shut up.

 

when i get mad, i usually punch the wall...which ends up with a hole. I don't mind patching it up later on.

 

same here, i made a huge hole in my wall the other day, i think it's beyond patching.
i try not to take stuffout on innocent people though.

It's true We keep our cool most of the time and what people don't realize is we share the same feelings and anger as everyone else.

 

I'm a quiet one, we are the most dangerous. I remember ppl would pick on me and I would stay quiet and then all a sudden they would be hit in the face or tripped up and get their teeth kicked out. I'm a small guy too so I had to fight dirty.
