That reminds me; I'm sure you've noticed the sudden trend for fast food chains to have low carb meals: a bigass burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. What I thought was funny was Arby's "Low Carby's" campaign. They say, want a low carb sandwich? Just take off the bun! I'm thinking they forgot to add the, "you fawkin dumbshit!" at the end. :rofl:

i lost 60lbs the good old fashioned way: ate smarter, ran my ass off, and hit the weights.

tried and true.

this older lady here at work was on it for awhile.. she says it sucked cause she was always starving and never had any energy

there is a difference between refined, simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates.

They are both overpriced, not that good, and much smaller than their regular portions. I say go with the Chicken Caeser Salad instead.
