although, maybe this woman is onto something.. if you pull a stupid publicity stunt, you end up paying for it, not making profit from it. hmm...

She has a point in a very twisted way. We censor kids from violence, drugs, etc and yet crude sexuality is allowed to thrive. I would much rather have my kids listen to "Parental advisory" songs that talk about the perils of genocide than have them watch a scantily clad woman prancing around like a puppet on a chain.

Yeah, that's what they're aiming for. I dunno though. I personally thought that the stunt was lame but to sue for it? Do we live in a society that can't even deal with the day to day hardship of having to talk to your kids about what they saw? "Lewd conduct" of that type is everywhere and chances are they'll see it at some other inappropriate time down the line whether TV is involved or not. But I guess we'll see what happens...

are you kidding me? I would rather have my child see something they sucked on for the beginning portion of their life and something that isnt that big of a deal than have them listen to songs about killing other people....its a tit..they can take off their shirt and see a pretty similar looking on in some way shape or form...I hope this lawsuit gets a Stella.
